Sunset 11-5

Today is decision day. It's the most important decision you could ever make--freedom or communism.

The stakes are sky-high.

This may be (it is) the most critical election of our lifetime.

And remember the only way to bring about the change we so desperately need is to vote for Donald Trump. HOPE YOU DID!

Voting for Trump isn’t just a vote for him; it’s a vote to restore free speech, end government overreach, and fight back against the forces trying to silence us.

So, wherever you live — red state, blue state, or swing state — it’s essential to vote Trump. [Team Kennedy]

Good Night, Patriots.

Early voting numbers, typically dominated by Democrat voters, are looking “scary” for Kamala Harris

Early Voting Is Up For Trump

Indeed, early voting numbers have shown trends that appear more favorable for Donald Trump than previous elections. That’s because Republicans finally accepted that this is the system – ridiculous as it may be – that they have to work with.

Republican turnout for early voting has been strong, suggesting either a higher level of engagement or a strategic shift in response to past election dynamics.

And that truly must be scary for Kamala Harris.

The surge in early votes for Trump in swing states could indicate a strong voter turnout strategy or an enthusiasm gap favoring Republicans.

Over 75 million people have cast early ballots heading into today.

The integrity of the electoral ballots was not compromised, says Judge

Federal Judge Challenges DOJ's Push To Uphold Jan. 6 Riot Obstruction Charges

In a decisive blow to federal prosecutors, Judge Beryl Howell ruled against the Justice Department's effort to preserve felony obstruction charges against participants of the January 6 Capitol riot, Politico reported.

Judge Beryl Howell's ruling follows a Supreme Court decision limiting the scope of obstruction laws previously applied to the defendants.

The Supreme Court, in a 6-3 ruling in June, determined that the use of the obstruction statute against these rioters was overly broad. Originally, over 300 defendants faced these charges before the high court's decision.

Following the Supreme Court's reinterpretation, the Justice Department retracted many of the obstruction charges, reassessing the remaining cases. They argued that charges could apply if it could be proven that the defendants intended to specifically disrupt the handling of Electoral College ballots by Congress.

In her ruling issued on a recent Friday, Judge Howell found no evidence to suggest the defendants intended to physically damage the electoral ballots, focusing instead on halting the certification process.

During the "riot," Congressional staff swiftly secured the ballots, ensuring they were unharmed and available for the continuation of the certification process once the order was restored.

Chinese Influence on American Politicians and Tim Walz

Tim Walz's Extensive Connections to China Under Renewed Spotlight

An unearthed letter penned by Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, now the Democratic vice-presidential nominee, highlights his past interactions with China and is raising eyebrows amidst concerns over foreign influence.

As the U.S. prepares for the election today, attention has turned to Walz's documented engagements with Chinese leaders and institutions, as Fox News reports.

In 2021, Walz wrote a letter to the Minnesota International Chinese School that was shared on their YouTube channel, where he discussed the long history of interactions between Minnesota and China. He spoke of fostering educational, trade, and investment opportunities between the two, reflecting a relationship built over decades.

The Director of National Intelligence has labeled U.S.-based Chinese consulates, like the one Walz interacted with, as active in foreign influence operations.

The governor’s frequent visits to China, which include personal and professional trips such as his honeymoon in 1994 and a teaching stint in 1989, have also been highlighted. His favorable comments on the Chinese Communist system during a 1991 educational session have raised eyebrows.

Fracking

Let's talk about fracking

Hey there, folks! Let’s talk about something super important for our country – it’s called fracking. You might’ve heard that word a lot recently, especially with the big election right around the corner.

Fracking is all about using some smart technology to get natural gas and oil out of the ground, and it’s really important for states like Pennsylvania where lots of people have jobs because of it.

Now, in the big debate, President Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris had quite a chat about fracking. President Trump, who’s always been a supporter of energy jobs, says that Harris wants to get rid of fracking. Back in 2019, she did say she wanted to ban it. But now, she’s saying she won’t ban fracking. It’s got folks wondering where she really stands, especially since one of her campaign advisers recently said she wouldn’t “promote” new drilling.

Let’s get some facts straight! Did you know in Pennsylvania alone, over 400,000 jobs were from oil and natural gas in 2021? If Pennsylvania were a country, it would be among the top gas producers in the whole world! That’s a big deal.

Fracking has been a game-changer for America. It’s helped the country become more energy independent, which means we don’t have to rely so much on other countries for energy. Plus, fracking has helped lower our energy costs and has been part of the reason why our carbon emissions have dropped.

Now, it is being reported that any upcoming campaign calls with Biden on behalf of Harris' campaign have been canceled.

Senior White House correspondent and Fox News reporter Jacqui Heinrich took to X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, to explain what she had learned.

THIS WILL NOT HELP KAMALA HARRIS!

“Multiple campaign calls that were publicly advised on President Biden’s schedule yesterday afternoon were canceled, FOX News has learned,” Heinrich wrote in her post.

“Biden has no official campaign events scheduled ahead of the election, still facing fallout from his ‘garbage’ remark on a Zoom with Voto Latino this week -- which was also not directly tied to the campaign,” Heinrich continued.

ABC calls election for Harris one week ago

ABC mistakenly airs election results declaring Harris winner of key swing state

ABC ignited a flurry of conspiracy theories after it aired what appeared to be official election results for Pennsylvania that showed Kamala Harris easily winning the key swing state — more than a week before Election Day.

The shocking result popped up at the bottom of the screen during Sunday’s broadcast of the Formula 1 Mexico Grand Prix by ABC local affiliate WNEP-TV, which services the northern part of the Keystone State.

It showed the Vice President capturing 52% of the votes, compared to 47% for Republican challenger Donald Trump, with 100% of the precincts reporting.

“The numbers seen on the screen were randomly generated test results sent out to help news organizations make sure their equipment is working properly in advance of election night.” LOL...whatever you say.

Vice President Kamala Harris picked Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as her running mate because of his biography.

As an old white guy from the Midwest who served in the National Guard and coached high school football, Walz gave off the vibe of an inoffensive moderate to balance out a ticket led by a San Francisco socialist.

But as soon as Kamala named Walz as her running mate problems appeared.

I’m not sure Kamala ever worked at McDonald’s and now I’m unsure if Walz ever coached football, and what about the stolen valor? But the lies continue,,,it's uncanny! And they get worse every single day.

House Committee Subpoenas ActBlue Amid Foreign Donor Security Concerns

House Republicans have officially subpoenaed a key Democratic Party fundraising platform, intensifying scrutiny over its donor vetting mechanisms.

The subpoena issued to ActBlue seeks to bolster election integrity by addressing potential vulnerabilities in campaign financing ahead of the presidential election, as Fox News reports.

This week, ActBlue received a subpoena from House Administration Committee Chair Bryan Steil (R-WI) signaling a deepening probe into the security of campaign finance. The committee expressed concerns about possible loopholes that could be exploited by foreign entities.

ActBlue's CEO, Regina Wallace-Jones, confirmed receipt of the request, which requires a response by Nov. 6. The inquiry centers on the platform's policies and practices around donor vetting.

A report from the New York Post also highlighted that the Treasury Department is currently reviewing some transactions on ActBlue for suspicious activities, further underscoring the concerns of House Republicans.

MSG outrage falls flat

One Democrat event proved the media’s outrage over Trump’s Madison Square Garden rally was fake

The media have cranked their propaganda machine up to 11.

Orange Man Bad stories are Kamala Harris’ only path to victory.

And one Tim Walz event proved the media’s outrage over Trump’s Madison Square Garden rally was fake. At a Tim Walz rally, George Lopez made a joke about Mexicans stealing. LOL.

Democrats and their media allies began smearing Donald Trump’s Madison Square Garden rally the instant it was announced.

They ridiculously claimed that it harkened back to a 1939 Nazi rally at the venue. Can you even imagine the insanity of edquating Trump's rally to a Nazi gathering 85 years ago? These people are dumber than dirt.

In order to make that insane argument, one would have to ignore all of the other political rallies held there, including the Democratic National Conventions of 1924, 1976, 1980, and 1992.

We are the number one target for Cyber attacks by our enemies

'We are clearly under attack': Threats to U.S. critical infrastructure from China on the rise

Critical infrastructure in the U.S. is being threatened by the Communist Chinese government and many Americans are both oblivious and underprepared. Check Points Software Technologies recently reported "a 75 percent increase in global cyber-attacks during the third quarter [of 2024], with a 15 percent rise from the previous quarter."

And in the U.S., Industrial Cyber points out alarmingly that "cyberattacks have risen by 56 percent year-over-year, with a weekly average of 1,300 attacks per organization, 10 percent higher than the previous quarter." The area with the most attacks was the education and research sector.

While this is important, a surge in cyber-attacks against critical infrastructure has garnered the attention of many, including Craig Huey, an AI expert, political commentor and author of "The Great Deception," which highlights various AI dangers. Huey spoke to WorldNetDaily about the threat to critical infrastructure, including the reported 30 percent increase in cyber attacks the last year.

The primary target, Huey affirms, is the United States of America. According to Huey, the nation's electric grid, oil pipelines and its water, transportation and banking systems, as well as its telecommunications network, are all at extreme risk.

"And right now, watching the messaging from the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and the FBI," he argued, "we are clearly under attack".

Trump has the guts to knock on the door and negotiate

What will foreign policy be like under Trump II?

Biden-Harris hand over of a weakened global deterrence, with major wars in the heart of Europe and at hotspots in the Middle East, including Israel attacking on the ground inside southern Lebanon again for the first time since 2006. Iran is ever-closer to being a nuclear threshold state, and no one has talked to North Korea for four long years. American troops are on the ground in Israel.

There is increased Chinese provocation in Asia. Yet Joe Biden’s China policy is unnecessarily adversarial, impractical, and dangerous. China was artificially reimagined as an enemy-in-a-box as the wars of terror sputtered out.

Biden envisions China as an autocratic foe for democracy to wage a global struggle against. “On my watch,” Joe said, “China will not achieve its goal to become the leading country in the world, the wealthiest country in the world, and the most powerful country in the world.” (As if they had asked.)

Biden went on to claim the world was at an inflection point to determine “whether or not democracy can function in the 21st century.” In Biden’s neo-Churchillian view, the U.S. and what the heck, the whole free world he believes he is president of, are in a deathmatch with China for global hearts and minds.

As for Term II, Trump makes clear wrapping up the war in Ukraine is a top priority, going as far as to promise to end it in the months between being reelected in November and Inauguration Day in January.

While that timetable may not be possible (because, among other things, Citizen Trump would be violating the Logan Act by conducting diplomacy on behalf of the United States) it does make it crystal clear that Trump will not continue to feed weapons and money into the meat grinder outside Kiev that seems to produce no positive results.

Kamala Harris - Full of Lies and Smears

Harris Is Ending Her Campaign With Lies and Smears

By Victor Davis Hanson

In the last two weeks, Vice President Kamala Harris has been trying to revive her stagnant campaign by smearing former President Donald Trump as being Hitlerian and a fascist. She claims Trump is planning to put his enemies in encampments.

Yet in the modern era, it was not Trump who put large numbers of U.S. residents and citizens into “relocation camps,” but liberal Democrat President Franklin D. Roosevelt who sent Japanese-American citizens and residents into them.

If Harris refers to Trump’s supposed fascist policies during his prior four-year tenure, there is no such evidence.

Nonetheless, the once “joyful” Harris is ending her campaign by trafficking in lies and smears reminiscent of the Joe McCarthy era.

Trump sues CBS for $10 billion

Former President Donald Trump filed a $10 billion lawsuit Thursday against CBS

after the network appeared to manipulate a recent “60 Minutes” segment to allegedly favor his opponent, Vice President Kamala Harris.

The lawsuit claims that CBS aired a curated version of Harris’s response to a critical question about the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict, purposely omitting parts of her answer that cast doubt on the Biden administration’s stance on Israel’s military actions, according to the complaint filed in federal court in Texas.

Trump’s legal team argued that CBS engaged in “deliberate deception,” presenting an edited version of the interview that avoided what the lawsuit calls a “word salad” 🥗  of mixed messaging from Harris.

“To paper over Kamala’s ‘word salad’ weakness, CBS used its national platform on 60 Minutes to cross the line from the exercise of judgment in reporting to deceitful, deceptive manipulation of news,” the lawsuit reads.

The reinstatement of the National Space Council under Trump's administration particularly impressed Aldrin. This executive body, which had been inactive since 1993, was brought back to coordinate space policy and strategy.

In a night filled with terrible answers, Kamala Harris’ response to CNN host Anderson Cooper’s question about the border at her town hall event stuck out as especially disastrous.

Kamala Harris served the last three-and-a-half years as border czar, during which time Kamala Harris allowed more than 10,000,000 illegal aliens to stroll across the border.

Host Anderson Cooper tried to give Kamala Harris a chance to break with Joe Biden and explain to the American people how she would clean up the mess she made.

Instead, Kamala Harris fell back in her support for the amnesty bill she and Mitch McConnell tried to ram through Congress earlier this year.

FBI retaliating against Whistleblower

Retaliation! FBI agent who blew whistle on Bidens ordered to take demotion or leave

Lawyer calls for investigation of partisan actions against supervisor; claimed orders were part of its agenda for 'diversity of thought, breadth of experience, and technical and interpersonal expertise'

One of the FBI whistleblowers whose work sparked the investigation into – and ultimate convictions of Hunter Biden on gun and tax charges – is facing a forced demotion or departure from his job, according to his lawyers who are charging the government with retaliation.

It is in Just the News that a lawyer for whistleblower Gary Shapley said a letter to his client ordering the job change is just continuing "retaliation" that began months ago when Shapely was passed over for a promotion.

Lawyer Tristan Leavitt, the chief of the Empower Oversight whistleblower center, said the federal whistleblower protection agency should take immediate action against the FBI.

Trump and "garbage"

Trump Has Epic Response to Biden who Called  Half of America 'Garbage'

The day after President Biden called Trump supporters "garbage," former President Donald Trump took the stage in Green Bay, Wisconsin. He addressed thousands, wearing a high-visibility garbage worker's vest.

Trump said he decided to show up in a dump truck, dressed like that, on a whim. He joked that the vest made him look thinner and teased that it might become his new go-to outfit. "When they said I’d look thinner, I said in that case, I’ll wear it onstage," he laughed. "I may never wear a blue jacket again."

He didn’t hold back on Biden, the Democrats, and especially Vice President Kamala Harris. He criticized them for "running a campaign of hate, vitriol and retribution." He pointed out Harris's recent remarks, comparing political opponents to mass murderers. He also highlighted Biden's comment about supporters being "garbage." "He called 250 million people ‘garbage.’"

Kamala Harris is not getting some top News Media Endorsements

Publications That Backed Biden Walking Away from Harris

Kamala Harris has an endorsement problem, and it could really hurt her down the stretch.

I am of the belief that newspaper endorsements don’t really help a candidate, but when a paper declines to support a candidate in a party it has backed for decades, it will hurt them.

To that point, Harris has now been snubbed by three major publications with a history of endorsing Democrats. Not Interested.

When two major unions decided to withdraw from this election, you knew things were not going well for Harris.

LA Times, Washington Post, USA Today and a handful of local papers such as the Sun Sentinel in Florida, the Minnesota Star Tribune, which is significant with its governor on the ticket, the Tampa Bay Times, and the Omaha World-Herald have declined to endorse Harris after backing Biden and other Democrats before.

Javier Milei Making Argentina Great Again

President Javier Milei ending corruption and downsizing in Argentina

In a bold move to cut government spending, President Javier Milei has announced the closure of Argentina’s tax agency, branding it an “unnecessary bureaucracy” that hinders economic freedom.

At a glance:
  • Argentina’s tax collection agency, AFIP, will be replaced by a new entity called ARCA, aiming to simplify tax and customs operations.
  • The restructuring involves a 34% reduction in staff, laying off over 3,000 employees hired under the previous administration.
  • The government expects annual savings of $6.4 million as a result of the changes.
The new ARCA agency promises a “simpler, more efficient, and less costly” structure, with a focus on professionalizing staff and rooting out corruption.

This shift includes a 34% reduction in the workforce, primarily targeting employees who were “irregularly hired” during former President Alberto Fernández’s tenure. Additionally, the reorganization will see a 45% reduction in senior positions and a 30% cut at lower levels. Salary reductions for high-ranking officials are also planned to align their pay with that of Cabinet ministers.

ONLY 4 MORE DAYS--GET IT RIGHT
TO SAVE AMERICA!

No on amendment 4

The most consequential ballot measure by far is Amendment 4.

Florida currently protects babies from the time their heartbeats can be detected, with exceptions for rape, incest, and medical necessity. The proposed Amendment 4 to Florida’s state constitution would undo the heartbeat law — and go much further.

The full text of Amendment 4, which does not define any of its terms, states:
Limiting government interference with abortion. Except as provided in Article X, Section 22, no law shall prohibit, penalize, delay, or restrict abortion before viability or when necessary to protect the patient’s health, as determined by the patient’s healthcare provider.

If Amendment 4 passes, a flurry of lawsuits will follow, all aimed at destroying more human lives and padding abortionists’ bottom line. As a Florida litigation attorney myself, I see how that one sentence would have a tremendous impact:
▪ Minors will no longer have to obtain parental consent for an abortion. Florida will only be left with the weaker requirement of parental notification. (That is the reference to Article X, Section 22.)
▪ The experience of other states tells us that pro-abortion groups like the ACLU will immediately sue to mandate taxpayer funding of abortion, causing thousands of additional deaths.
▪ Any laws which have the effect of delaying abortion would be struck down. Waiting periods would obviously be gone. So would the informed consent that is supposed to precede them, along with ultrasounds to detect ectopic pregnancy and confirm gestational age. Local zoning regulations that prevent the erection of an abortion facility in a particular neighborhood would be challenged in court. (Never mind if those regulations also prevent the construction of nonviolent clinics; Amendment 4 gives abortion special treatment.) A woman who runs a stop sign on her way to an abortion appointment could use Amendment 4 to argue her way out of a traffic ticket!
▪ “The patient’s healthcare provider” is undefined, but it is definitely broader than “physician.” Everyone from nurses to chiropractors will be claiming a right to perform abortions. Even a complete stranger trafficking abortion drugs from overseas could arguably be a “healthcare provider.”
▪ And if a healthcare provider refuses to do an abortion? Well, any state protection of that provider’s conscience rights creates a “delay,” running afoul of Amendment 4.
VOTE NO ON AMENDMENT 4
