Biden’s Secretary of State Mocked for Hosting “Cry Sessions” Over Trump Win

Antony Blinken’s time as Secretary of State will be remembered for its glaring inadequacies. This isn’t hyperbole—it’s fact. Under his watch, America fumbled the ball in confronting adversaries like China and Iran.

Blinken’s “strategic patience” with China? More like strategic avoidance. Beijing doubled down on its aggressive moves in the South China Sea, expanded its surveillance operations (remember the spy balloons?), and continued its crackdown on Hong Kong, all while the U.S. issued hollow statements. Tough talk, zero action.

Iran wasn’t any better. Instead of holding Tehran accountable for its nuclear ambitions and regional terrorism, Blinken played nice.

The administration’s weak-kneed approach to reviving the nuclear deal emboldened Iran. Missile tests increased, proxies flourished, and American influence in the Middle East waned. It’s like he read the foreign policy playbook upside down.
