Trump Appeals Colorado Case He Won
The ballot case in Colorado, Anderson v. Griswold, No. 2023CV32577, landed in Trump’s favor, but Trump and the plaintiffs are both appealing the case on different grounds.Trump’s legal team is upset about “unsupported” findings by the judge in the official ruling of the case.
The ruling in the case fell in Trump’s favor, as he will be permitted to add his name to the ballot, which was the major issue at hand.
However, in the ruling, the judge made some comments that did not sit very well with Trump’s legal team, as she basically convicted him of insurrection, even though Trump has not been charged with that crime in any of his cases.
The Judge made an unfounded opinion when she said that she found that Trump did in fact "engage in insurrection" on Jan. 6 and rejected his attorneys' arguments that he was simply engaging in free speech. Normally, that would be enough to disqualify him under Section 3, but she said she couldn't do so for a presidential candidate.
How dare a Judge give an opinion such as this that Trump engaged in an insurrection? This has NOT been proven in a court of law.

ReplyDeleteDo the math, major voter fraud, the numbers do not add up at all, more votes than registered voters in many areas, we need voter ID and make sure the numbers add up, which they don't from 2020.
