California is acting more and more like its own country and it's illegal immigration stance is abhorrent to the rest of civilized America and especially to the President.

Because California has refused to cooperate with federal law enforcement since it declared itself a “sanctuary” jurisdiction, the president is considering pulling out ICE.

"You would have a crime mess like you’ve never seen in California. If we ever pulled our ICE out, and if we ever said, ‘hey, let California alone, let them figure it out for themselves,’ in two months they’d be begging for us to come back, they would be begging.
