The problems with these "Lawyers for Hire" in the city of Lake Worth is that they are only here for a paycheck. They are not personnally vested in this city. They do not pay taxes, utility bills, visit our beach, live next door to a vacation rental, drive by a parking lot full of portables, or live by a dumpsite that emits a horrible smell. Lawyers don't go to court anymore unless they are forced to...they negotiate settlements. Torcio was telling the SWS lawyer to not say much and the dumpsite issue in the Osborne commun. would just go away...with an estimate of 1.5 million to clean it up, is he really dealing in our best interest, or bulding his own professional bridges?
