The Mess of the Week for April 13th is getting worse. The sign is back in an upright position now with a price. Why is it that we don't have any clout to enforce our Code? Why do these people continue to have a boat there, with a For Sale sign under a temporary sort of covering that is being used as a permanent fixture? Will someone buy this darn thing so part of the problem will be gone?
