Follow-up on MESS OF THE WEEK

Last week this house was featured located in the 1800 block of Lake Osborne Drive. All who live out here are familiar with this property. Ever since it was taken back by the bank two years ago and in a foreclosure process, it has fallen into disarray. They rent out the property to what appears to be students. Another code violation was submitted, one among many.

We were told that the worst cases are worked first. In the meantime, our neighborhoods go to slum and blight and this particular house has been cited for years.

Large sign now off the boat and turned sideways. Small For Sale sign now on side of boat. These kids keep pushing the envelope.

    Actually this house is still in the Foreclosure process and is owned by:

    BAZAVILVAZO JOSHUA
    1012 BRIOSO DR STE 105
    COSTA MESA CA 92627 4544

    As per public records. Also through checking public records the house behind them appeared that they had to sue to regain 10 feet of the property back that they had fenced in.
