Australia tackling Illegal Immigrant problem

Australia, a country of around 22 million people, now has a 4 point program to stop illegal immigration of migrants coming from Sri Lanka.

"Boatpeople" have become a huge problem. Some perceive Australian immigration laws are weak and large immigrants have paid, and are now paying, substantial sums to traffickers who organize illegal entry into Australia.

"The four-point plan would entail information and intelligence sharing under which Australia would provide additional surveillance and electronic equipment to expand Sri Lanka's capacity to target smuggling operations and better identify vessel departure times and locations."

Australia has about 60,000 illegals and Australians are upset as they are taking Australian jobs,  Australian housing, using Australian taxpayer funded public services and welfare.

It sounds all too familiar.
