Well, Nellie ole gal, I would say that perhaps you should ask someone in the PAC, preferably the Chair. I heard/believe that Laurel paid for them personally and distributed them as gifts to friends...only buying a few. No where on the shirt does it say Respectful Planning PAC so....
I am NOT a member of the PAC...just believe in a low rise city.
