Lake Worth High School Wins Ethics Bowl

George Lockhart, principal at Lake Worth High says:

After taking 1st place in the preliminary round on Saturday, Tuesday night Lake Worth defeated Atlantic High to win Palm Beach County's first ever Ethics Bowl Championship.

The debate, which took place on stage at PBSC's Duncan Theater, was filmed and will be televised on an upcoming edition of the Education Network. Each member of the five-student team will have their names engraved on an Ethics Bowl plaque to commemorate the inaugural winning of this prestigious award and they each also received a $150.00 scholarship.

Please congratulate these terrific kids of ours for their relentless hard work and superior performance-- Aiden Bryant, Angelina Cave, Tory Danielson, Luis Rosales, and Trevor Van Hof.
