I am surprised at the liquor one, only 4, seems so low, I think the PBSO can do more on this one, I see so many people daily on the beach and around town opening drinking liquor in public, just go to one of the mini-marts, like at 1400 Lucerne, there are always tons of guys hanging out drinking in public. Go to Bryant Park, you find tons of beer cans thrown all over or in the trash there, the beach on the weekends are trashed with beer bottles and cans. The PBSO is not doing enough about enforcing the open liquor law, they can do better than this.
