Cain wins straw poll
Comment Up Herman Cain wins Florida straw poll.
"Folks, this is what you call momentum," Cain, the former CEO of Godfather’s Pizza, said in a video message from his campaign bus. "The Herman Cain train is picking up steam."
I would love to see a Herman Cain/Alan West or Herman Cain/Marco Rubio tandem take on Obama/Biden this time around. Having Cain as the head of the Republican Party will go a long way toward silencing the hate mongers on the left who cry racist at every turn.
Herman Cain is the embodiment of everything good in America. He is grass roots, truth, and honesty....something we are sorely missing in our government. A Herman Cain/Alan West or a Herman Cain/Marco Rubio ticket would lead this country back to the greatness it has lost under our current administration.
Granted, he is not of the party of Jim Crow (Democrats), or George Wallace (Democrat), or even segregation (again Democrats), and he speaks with a frankness that bothers the left. He does not pander to racial politics (again, something that the left cannot leave home without), nor will he continue to hold the black man down just because he has become a reliable voting pawn. And.....he may even be the best thing to happen to the minorities since Lincoln (a Republican) freed the slaves.
The above posters said it better than I ever could have.Perry needs to go to Mexico and see if they will elect him as THEIR leader. Mit needs to try to win the Democratic nomination. I will NEVER hold my nose and vote for a democrat masquerading as a Republican again! Go Cain!
I don't vote Dem or GOP just for the sake of supporting my party and I don't have time to play the blame game, that its the Democrats Fault or the Republicans Fault and point fingers....
How I do vote is on the merit of the person and the level in which they succeed and how honest they will be in office....Last but not least is who they surround themselves with says volumes and will effluence his or her decisions.
What I see in Cain is very promising so far and I'm willing to learn more about him. (By the way I am a registered Dem but don't hold that against me :-)
