California, with all its bankruptcy problems, wants the $2.4 billion that Governor Rick Scott has refused...one of the better decisions by our new governor and a typical decision by California.
"U.S. Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood has given Florida until Friday to decide on the train, threatening to redirect the funds to other cities that want high-speed trains such as California."
