With enough nuclear missiles to blow up the world, the New Start Treaty between the U.S. and Russia will cut long-range strategic nuclear arms to no more than 1,550 on each side within seven years.

Well, two countries are reducing arms but what about the rest of the world? The totals in 2009, including inter-continental missiles, bombs, nuclear sub, short range missiles, are

• China: About 400
  

• France: 350
  

• Russia: Approximately 2,600 operational strategic warheads , approximately 2,000 operational tactical warheads, and approximately 8,000 stockpiled strategic and tactical warheads. Estimated total at 21,000.
  

• United Kingdom: 185 deployed strategic warheads, total stockpile of up to 225.

• United States: - 10,577
  

• Israel- 200 - may have as many as 400
  

• Pakistan - 70 to 90 warheads
  

• India - 75
  

• North Korea - 2 - and no one knows what this crazy guy is really doing.
