A little over a month ago, President Obama said, "I did not run for office to be helping out a bunch of fat cat bankers on Wall Street."
Because of public sentiment regarding large bonsues being paid to top financial executives, Obama will impose a fee on bailed out banks. If Wall Street doesn't get it and the bankers don't get it, the American people and Obama do.
