Cara Jennings "jockeying" for Haitian vote?

8.10% of our population is Haitian. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, we have 36,342 residents. Therefore we have a Haitian population of 2,943. Where are the voters? How many come out to the polls? Two? Does anyone ever see any on election day?

There are some, even the editor of the LW Herald, who say that Cara Jennings wants to be the liaison to our sister city, St. Marc, Haiti BECAUSE she is “jockeying” for the Haitian vote. Some people have stretched their imaginations like a rubber band to a ridiculous point of stupid. Just don't accidentally let go of it. Ouch!
