Saturday morning was a great time for campaigning. The weather was perfect and the people more so. We had several volunteers for McNamara along Lake Osborne Drive waving signs and smiling to approximately 500 cars within the two hours. All the honks and thumbs up were 99% positive with one scary looking lady who rolled down her window and screamed, "No way." I can still see her face! I bet she barks at her dog. She is probably a regular on that Anonymous Talk Board or the one on Wes' who just accused me of having "no intelligence."
Lake Worth politics gets all sorts of self-serving and NASTY people coming out of the woodwork making all sorts of unfounded charges believing that anyone who dares have a different view is dumber than dirt. These people are usually always under the veil of anonymity.
Helen Marino, sign waving at Murry Hills.
Helen' says, "Let's vote Laurence McNamara in as Mayor, where character counts."

The Post just Can't get over itself
Great pics of you and Helen,Lynn! The weather was great (For a change) this morning. I got great feedback from people .To bad about that angry lady. I guess campaigning can make some people mean. The sign I held up a couple of years ago down on Dixie that read -'RETHA LOWE SCREWED MY NEIGHBOURHOOD" was a tad dodgy, but I JUST ENJOYED HOLDING IT UP SOOOO MUCH.Admitted guilty pleasure. (The look on Retha's face the third time she drove by it was priceless).
