Florida Hometown Democracy in 2010

FHD has always been about protecting our State from greedy politicians and greedy developers who feel that paving over our State is A-Okay.

Now we have Martin County with a proposal before them that would allow Planned Unit Developments in agricultural areas without having to change the comprehensive plan. This is just another ruse to marginalize Florida Hometown Democracy.

  1. Boy, what a strange work-around (i.e., putting housing in agricultural areas WITHOUT need for a comp plan change!). The devils.
