Matter of fact, all that land out there that they supposedly purchased for big bucks, only pays less in taxes than I pay on my appraised value home of $153,000.00. The deal re a comp plan, when they buy it, they knew what it was zoned for, and they orchestrate from there. Also, when the Miami Corp bought that land it was only for logging, and wallah, then they hire the Storches and the Henderson and that big firm they all banded with, and the cancer go's on like with representatives and senators and this jerk Houck, and all the other groups calling themselves whatever, carol p.s., the best one on this comp plan, all I can say, is they,,,,,,the opposition, C stands for "CON" " O " STANDS FOR "OPPOSITION" --" m " "MONEY" " P " PIRATES. PLANS, SO IT IS CON THE OPPOSITION OUT OF MONEY TO PIRATE THE PLAN. . WORDS LIKE PLUNTER,PITEABLE, ETC, IN ESSENCE COMP PLANS WERE SET UP AS A RULE IN CHARTERS, BUT THEN ALONG CAME MASS DEVELOPERS. Growth in Florida is out of control and corrupt.When billions of dollars are at stake, greed ,and not common sense or quality of life,reigns supreme. I've often said that Florida Hometown Democracy doesn't rock the boat of corrupt ,developer run government in Florida.Florida Hometown Democracy TIPS THE BOAT OVER !Imagine,elected officials that actually have to answer to and pay attention to their constituents.It's ironic that uncontrolled developer greed brought Florida to it's knees and that another act of sheer greed ( SB 360,recently passed by Gridlock Charlie Crist )was so over the top that it actually woke people up and energized them to say"Enough is enough "!Thanks, Charlie,and too bad about your non existent political career.
