It's called Skydance now. And it's the combined company that was created when Paramount completed its acquisition of Warner Bros., including Discovery, CNN, CBS and HBO.

David Ellison, the Skydance founder who already bought Paramount, is chairman and CEO. Ynon Kreiz, the former Mattel chief, is co-CEO.
