Report shows organ-harvesting company was paid $765 each for livers, glands from unborn killed--Officials insisted billing was for 'procurement services,' not actual 'taxable items'

A corporation that sold individual body parts from unborn babies killed by abortion, for $765 each, insists that its billing reflect that it was charging for "procurement services," not actual taxable "items."

"The fetal organ harvesting business murders innocent babies for profit. These public records were obtained by the Center for Medical Progress.

They show that the work must continue to expose these heinous acts by these abortionists, harvesters, researchers, universities, and companies. The barbaric slaughter of babies for profit must stop," charged Mat Staver, the chief of Liberty Counsel.

His organization long has worked with the CMP, defending one of its original reporters, Sandra Merritt, from a multitude of cases brought by pro-abortion interests after the center revealed, through undercover videos, the abortion industry's profit motive.
