Staffers now can rank their Capitol Hill bosses - "The Scoop"

Capitol Hill Staffers Got a Tool to Tell on Their Bosses and a Vulnerable House Democrat Ranked Dead Last

Capitol Hill can be a cesspool for staffers stuck under an abusive boss.

Now a new verified ranking system just put a real number on the worst offices.

One vulnerable Democrat just landed dead last and staffers explained exactly why.

Capitol Hill staffers have whispered about toxic bosses for years with nowhere official to turn. Capitol CNCT changed that on July 20 when it launched "The Scoop," a verified rating system built for congressional aides. Former House staffer David Tennent built it after growing sick of watching young aides get chewed up by offices with zero accountability.

Tennent requires every reviewer to prove they actually worked in the office they're rating. His team checks House and Senate email addresses before a single review goes live. He built it this way on purpose.

Rep. Don Davis's office scored worse than anyone else measured on the platform. Individual reviews ranged from a brutal 1.3 to a still-damning 3.4 out of a possible 10, and multiple staffers pointed straight at his chief of staff for the collapse.
