DIGNIDAD ACT

Twenty RINO Republicans Just Signed Their Names to Amnesty

The bill is called the DIGNIDAD Act – named in Spanish, not English, in a country where Donald Trump signed an executive order declaring English the national language. Dignidad translates to "dignity" in English, primarily referring to the state of being worthy of honor or respect. It encompasses self-respect, decency, and serious or calm behavior.

That's the tell.

Rep. María Elvira Salazar of Florida is the lead Republican sponsor. Rep. Mike Lawler of New York is the most aggressive promoter. Last Sunday, Lawler appeared on Fox News and told the audience the bill has "broad bipartisan support" and represents "common sense" immigration reform.

He called it an earned pathway to legal status. Laura Ingraham called all Mike Lawler's points "false."

Rep. Brandon Gill of Texas called it what it is:
"Maria, your DIGNIDAD Act would give legal status to over ten million illegal aliens," Gill said. "It's rank amnesty and everybody knows it. I want dignity for Americans – the people whose interests we represent – not illegal aliens. That means doing what we said we'd do: mass deportations."
Senator Mike Lee was more blunt:
"When you have to say 'it's not amnesty,' it's usually amnesty."

  1. Maria is just appeasing to her Latino public voters that she wants! She's really a sell-out communist and Democrat too!

  2. Maria has a heavy duty accent she probably wasn't even born in this country to begin with I really wish that they would not allow anyone to be a congressman or senator unless they were born in this country and our citizens by birth only!

  3. @4:14 and 4:15...don't know much, do ya? Maria was born in Miami to exiled parents from Cuba and is a staunch critic of the Cuban communist regime, a Republican and doing a great job. Nothing communistic about her politics and is a staunch advocate for capitalism.

  4. So are you for what Maria is proposing or against it. In the comments, you're defending her. In the post, you call her a RINO. Which is it?

  5. Once again, you misread it and intrepreted totally wrong. You have a talent for that.

  6. This isn't hard, Lynn.

In the post you claim that Republicans who signed onto Maria Salazar's legislation are "RINOs."

In the comments, you're defending her from an attack by a commenter.

    So which is it?
