The Department of Justice filed its third lawsuit against California in one week — this time targeting the state's policy of giving illegal aliens cheaper college tuition than out-of-state American citizens.

"California is illegally discriminating against American students and families by offering exclusive tuition benefits for non-citizens," Bondi declared.
