Supreme Court Backs Trump Administration on Deportation of Violent Foreign Criminals

Americans know that keeping our neighborhoods safe should be simple. When dangerous criminals come here illegally, they should go back where they came from. Yet for years, liberals have created a maze of rules and roadblocks that keep even the worst offenders on our streets.

The fight to protect our communities has been frustrating. Special interest groups file lawsuit after lawsuit. Activist judges block common-sense policies. And American families pay the price while lawyers argue about the “rights” of people who shouldn’t be here in the first place.

But everything just changed. The Supreme Court has handed President Trump a massive victory that will help protect American families from violent criminal aliens.

On Monday, the Supreme Court ruled that the Trump administration can deport violent criminal aliens to third-party countries without extra procedures that had been required by a lower court judge.

This ruling overturns limits put in place by Boston-based U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy, appointed by President Joe Biden in 2024, who now says he will ignore the Supreme Court ruling.
