The “don’t touch me” moment wasn’t just awkward. It was symbolic. It captured the dynamic between two opposing forces: one, a rational conservative pointing out facts, and the other, a race-baiting, narrative-spinning leftist who’s been given far too much leeway by corporate media.

If there’s one thing you can count on from CNN’s “NewsNight with Abby Phillip,” it’s that someone will say something ridiculous — and 9 times out of 10, that someone is Bakari Sellers. The former South Carolina state representative, known for his ability to spin a narrative tighter than a pretzel, once again found himself at the center of a bizarre on-air moment. This time, it wasn’t just his words that drew attention, but his hands.

During a segment on inflation and its causes (because apparently we’re still pretending it’s not Biden’s fault), Sellers decided to cross a line — literally. While making a point about inflation’s “transitory” nature, he leaned over and put his hand on Republican strategist Scott Jennings’ shoulder. Big mistake.

You would think he would listen but oh no, he then placed his hand on Jennings’ back.
