Florida Abortion Amendment
How the amendment reads: • Provide a constitutional right to abortion before fetal viability, which is estimated to be around 24 weeks, or when necessary to protect the patient's health, as determined by the patient's healthcare provider
Bottom row, 2nd from far end is a fetus at 26 weeks. This amendment says you can abort up to 24 weeks or later if it is protecting the mother's health.
The way it is worded, I think it could pass. It's too bad/sad that Democrats believe abortion is a form of birth control.
It is a sin to kill a baby, murder, stop using abortion as a form of birth control! It is murder, a sin!

This amendment does not change the Legislature’s constitutional authority to require notification to a parent or guardian before a minor has an abortion.
Fetal viability is generally considered to occur at 24 weeks, some doctors now consider 22 or 23 weeks a potential point of viability where a fetus can live outside the womb.
The majority of scientists believe that live begins at conception. The National Library of Medicine says, "Biologists from 1,058 academic institutions around the world assessed survey items on when a human's life begins and, overall, 96% (5337 out of 5577) affirmed the fertilization view.
