Giuliani to Newsmax: Yes, AOC, 'RICO Is Absolutely a Crime'

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani had some bad news to break to Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., on Newsmax on Thursday, following the progressive congresswoman's declaration that "RICO [Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act] is not a crime" during a House Oversight hearing.

"RICO is absolutely a crime," Giuliani said during an appearance on Newsmax's "The Chris Salcedo Show."  This show comes on at 4pm and it is one of my favorite shows on tv. "There is no such thing as categories of crime. I don't know what she's talking about.

"In fact, Tony Salerno, who got sentenced to 100 years for RICO and died in jail, would be very interested in knowing he was convicted of a category of crime and not a crime. So she's a complete jack***."
