I want to know how people can afford 1500 to $2,000 a month to live in lake Worth Beach by the time you had utilities and everything you're at $3,000 per month that means the average working person cannot afford it oh all these builders come to town so we're going to do low income housing
I don't know if you can blame high rent on Biden. Most landlords do little nothing to improve rental properties.
The tenant pays the utilities. The landlord may pay for water, if the unit does not have a separate meter, but then they just add it to the rent.
They have to insure the building. That's about it. They do everything they can without doing anything to avoid showing a profit from the rental income.
Commercial rates are at an all time high. More and more businesses will be moving out.
ReplyDeleteNO ONE CAN AFFORD THE RENTS OR THE INSURANCE.
