Mimi May's qualifications to be Commissioner of Lake Worth Beach

Although this event has passed, this is a snyopsis of Mimi's background and what she wants to tackle as Commissioner;

  1. She's got my vote maybe that she can turn this city around and get it back on track
    Next we need a city manager that will actually look out for the best interest of the people that live there not the developers cuz what are we going to do in this infrastructure gets so overwhelmed with sewage and power and water and parking and we can't wide are roads anymore so if you do simple math two cars per house or at least one car per house and then the winter birds got a lot of traffic a lot of people

I know a while back did they had a good person it was running for commissioner and they just ran it they just dragged him through the mud they found everything that they could to throw on them that's why people don't want to do anything with politics anymore it's just a bunch of BS how much dirt can we dig up on this person what they do 30 years ago just stick to the facts and get s*** done and try to bring lake Worth charm back the way it was

  4. There are good developers and bad developers. A week or so ago, I drove from Olive to Flagler on Clematis. Hadn't done that for years.

    If you think what they did to Clematis is praiseworthy, then you deserve what's coming to you. Another formerly beautiful drive they have destroyed, is Flagler. The ugliest condos I have ever seen.

    As they say, there's no accounting for taste.

    I don't understand why they used to have great stores, without tourists, and now stores can't prosper without them.
