Vivek Ramaswamy is Right: Get America Out Of the U.N. and NATO
Millennial GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy has captured the curiosities of young conservative voters and has managed to qualify for the next presidential debate in November.Suppose one closes their eyes and listens to Vivek Ramaswamy speak on politics and policy. In that case, you’d almost swear you could hear the familiar voice of former President Donald Trump.
Recently, the young candidate was asked about his thoughts on the former President’s distaste for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), and his response, while short, summarizes what neoconservatives and Warhawks are terrified might be happening to the Grand Old Party.
The original purpose of NATO was to counter USSR aggression & later to avoid nuclear war with the Soviets. Yet NATO expanded the most *after* the fall of the USSR. George Kennan, the lead architect of our deterrence strategy, said NATO expansionism was “the most fateful error of American policy in the entire post Cold War era.” And now NATO’s behavior is bringing us *closer* to nuclear war with post-Soviet Russia. Time to think independently again with fresh eyes.Read more of Vivek
I like this guy
ReplyDeleteI also like Vivek.
ReplyDeleteI think he is more sensible about war than some other candidates. Nikki Haley is very smart, to be sure, but she is strictly about engaging our enemies on the battlefield.
I think this is a mistake. We have become a very soft society, and for all of the protesting you see now; if we were to engage in a shooting war, there would be nobody to fight it.
Blinken is an over-educated pinhead. Netanyahu has to be replaced, and cooler heads have to prevail. What a tragedy that Rabin was assassinated, and there is no-one to fight for Peace.
You goofballs like commie Kennedy jr so naturally you’d love scammer vevik or whatever his name
ReplyDeleteMore than likely, after this war, Netanyahu will be replaced. Israel built what was supposed to be the region's most powerful military and sophisticated intelligence apparatus and it failed here. Hamas was training right out in the open for a year. Even the United States was taken by surprise.
ReplyDeleteIt's a terrible thing.
@4:17...no one I know likes RFK Jr. And as far as Vivek being a scammer...give us some proof.
ReplyDeleteRepublican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy took a $50,000 scholarship to law school for immigrant descendants from the Soros family and took the funds despite being wealthy before enrolling.
DeleteRamaswamy, asked during a July appearance on conservative channel Real America's Voice about the scholarship, claimed he took the money because he could not afford the Yale law school fees. Meanwhile he was making $275,000 annually.
LOL
He loves that Saros cash!
ReplyDeleteI believe it was a fund of Soros' brother and it was a college scholarship. If it was offered to him and he deserved it, why not? Would you have turned it down?
ReplyDeleteHe was making 230k annually he didn’t need the money everyone knows but you go ahead and defend this scammer. Intolerable
DeleteWho's Saros?
ReplyDeleteI condemn all those with their hands out getting free stuff from the Democrat/Socialist/Communist administration. I condemn all of those who committed fraud during Covid...the theft of hundreds of billions of dollars in taxpayer money intended to help those harmed by the coronavirus pandemic I condemn people like Sam Bankman-Fried, who gave millions to mostly Democrats and committed the biggest financial fraud around.
ReplyDeleteI do not condemn someone getting a scholarship helping him in getting his law degree. Wealthy people get scholarships all of the time and qualifying for such aid is often not based on income at all.
Tell us what you really think 11:17.
ReplyDeleteSuch vitriol for a candidate you hardly know.
Save your hatred for where it can do the most good.
