Lake Worth Beach pharmacy consulting company in liquidation with over $30 million in debt

Lake Worth Beach-based Pharmacy Development Services and two affiliates filed assignment for the benefit of creditors cases listing over $30 million in debt and will liquidate their businesses.

The companies had 46 employees in 2022 and all of them have been let go, said Berger Singerman attorney Samuel J. Capuano, who represents Joseph Luzinski of Development Specialists, the assignee of all three companies. Tobias Keller from Keller Benvenutti Kim represents the companies.
