Migrants flown to Martha’s Vineyard may get visas after being declared victims of crime

Sheriff’s certification of ‘unlawful criminal restraint’ would open the path for U-visa, which usually leads to a green card. It makes you wonder who is coaching this guy.

Texas sheriff, Javier Salazar who is a Democrat, is a lawless sheriff with his eye on DeSantis. He has certified that 48 migrants who were involuntarily flown to Martha’s Vineyard were victims of a crime, a procedure that would immediately qualify them for a US visa or green card. It was voluntary, Javier!

Javier, they all signed official forms agreeing to be flown to Martha's Vineyard. The form reads: “I agree to hold the benefactor or its designed representatives harmless of all liability arising out of or in any way relating to any injuries and damages that may occur during the agreed transport to locations outside of Texas until the final destination in Massachusetts.”

The certification, which is obviously political by the Bexar county sheriff, Javier Salazar, would open the path for a U-visa, which usually leads to a green card, for the victims. Javier Salazar is Hispanic and a Democrat.

Anything by Democrats to make our great governor look like some sort of a skunk, is in their playbook. And this sheriff has grandstanded before--see video:
