How can he have executive privilege when he is an ex-president I don't know any ex-presidents that still have executive privilege it got caught with his hand in a cookie jar now he needs to face the reality of the consequences

ReplyDeleteIndeed, the Supreme Court has clearly stated that a former president can assert executive privilege. It did so in a sequel to the Watergate-tapes case, Nixon v. General Services Administration (1977), in which … [t]he court wrote: “We reject the argument that only an incumbent President may assert such claims, and hold that appellant, as a former president, may also be heard to assert them.”
