Get your butt off our beach
The main thing, as I see it, is that the butts are not biodegradeable. Smokers use the sand as their ashtray. Annoying and toxic fumes is the rest of the story.
Who wants to be around the nasty smoker smelling their disgusting smoke cancer causing smoke! Smokers should not be allowed to smoke in public and in any public place where other people are able to go I wish that they would follow rules and laws about even keeping a distance between public exegress and access to buildings because a lot of times they're outside smoking so close to going in and out of a store and it's very annoying! Plus cigarette butts are the number one cause of litter in our country right now and if you look all along all the roads and highways and it stops signs and stop lights there's so many cigarette butts thrown all out on the road it's horrible it's just so irresponsible of smokers to do this think that they can litter this way, smokers are pigs!
Alcohol drinkers druggies and dog owners are the worst they're never responsible at all they think it's their right to just throw cigarette butts or drink wherever they want to in public or bring their dogs to the beach or wherever they want to in public they think about nobody else but themselves very selfish and inconsiderate and disrespectful people how can you honor them?
They can have all these laws but no one will ever enforce any of them they don't enforce the dog one they don't enforce the alcohol at the beach one and they won't enforce smoking either!
