Florida’s New Congressional District Map Signed Into Law

The legislative redistricting process concluded last week after state lawmakers returned to Tallahassee for a Special Session to redraw congressional district maps. Senate Bill 2C, which contains the new congressional districts, was signed into law on April 22nd. You can view the new district boundaries here.

As Florida’s Elections Officials prepare for the upcoming Fall elections, your Palm Beach County Elections Office uses our state and local government's new and verified district boundaries to modify precinct lines, meet redistricting requirements, and ensure we place voters in their proper voting districts.

New Election Bill Signed Into Law

Senate Bill 524 Affects Voting Processes, Accessibility, & Oversight

On April 25th, Florida’s Governor signed into law Senate Bill 524. SB 524 contains several changes to election laws affecting voting processes, accessibility, and oversight. The Florida Division of Elections and Florida Supervisors of Elections are working together to assess the impacts of this bill on voters, elections, and our Elections Office.
