Draft leaked to Politico that SCOTUS might overturn Roe v Wade. The FBI is on the job
A draft opinion circulating around the Supreme Court indicates the court is poised to overturn Roe v. Wade and Casey in a major change to abortion rights.Politico first reported the news of the Opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito.
Politico reports:
The draft opinion is a full-throated, unflinching repudiation of the 1973 decision which guaranteed federal constitutional protections of abortion rights and a subsequent 1992 decision – Planned Parenthood v. Casey – that largely maintained the right. “Rowe was egregiously wrong from the start,” Alito writes.

There is no longer any peace in this country. Dissenting factions have seen to it that by whatever means, this country will cease to be the United States of America.
ReplyDeleteI hope for all of our sakes, it is bloodless coup, as I don't feel up to experiencing a war like our last Civil War.
We should have known this in the sixties, and I guess we did, but have been in denial all of these last 50 years.
RBG might have been able to calm down this rabble over the leak in the draft opinion. Absent her influence, I fear they will start burning things down.
