New California Bill Will Require Campuses Provide Feminine Hygiene Products to Biological Males
It really does get screwier and screwier especially in California!
The Menstrual Equity for All Act of 2021, which was introduced by Democrat Assembly member Cristina Garcia, would require “at least 50% of restrooms” in middle schools, high schools, community colleges, and universities, to be stocked with feminine hygiene products.“California has an interest in promoting gender equity, not only for women and girls, but also for transgender men, nonbinary, and gender-nonconforming people who may also menstruate and experience inequities resulting from lack of access to menstrual products,” the bill states.
