Tucker confronted by angry guy
People believe they can say anything they want today. I see it in my own condo building. People are angry and in most cases it is because they simply don't know that facts (or don't care) but often times they can be dangerous.
In the video (that obviously was a set-up as someone filmed it on cue) the man can be seen confronting the Fox News host as he was shopping for fishing gear with his family in Livingston, Montana.
In heated remarks, Bailey accused Carlson of being a fascist, supporting "extreme racism," and of killing people with what he said was "vaccine misinformation." He also vehemently insisted that Carlson was the "worst human being known to man." Carlson kept his cool for his part and navigated away from Bailey into another area of the store." [The Blaze]
Looks like to me that Bailey was smiling and talking in a very even tone of voice to Carlson, who actually touched Bailey at one point during the video.
ReplyDeleteThe problem is that people like Tucker believe that they can say anything they want and insult as many people as they care to from behind a camera or keyboard. They say things that they would never dare say in public because they know that 80% of the public would be offended if they did.
But these people have to wander out of their safe space every now and then and confront the reality that the people that they have been offending may want to tell them how they feel about their attacks. It's one of the risks that you take when you decide you want to insult large swaths of people or call people names.
If you don't want people walking up to you in a store and telling you you're a terrible person, maybe you don't want to be a terrible person. People who are considerate and respectful usually don't have these problems.
Just a thought.
As said, this was a set-up video. It showed the guy in a good frame but not everything that was said nor his demeanor.
ReplyDeleteTucker is one of the few people who tell the truth. Democrats are not going to agree with Tucker Carlson, ever. Covid is what catapulted them to win the 2020 election.
Tucker doesn't have to wander "out of his safe space" as you said. He is on national number one cable news station every night Monday through Friday. I would say he is out in the open, unlike anonymous posters.
Tucker has asked the question if vaccines work, why do people have to still wear masks. I think this is a legitimate question.
ReplyDeleteAll I can say is don't get the Vaccine shot and take your chances. There is room left in most emergency rooms for you when you do get the virus, I just hope you survive and just get sick at home and don't spread it
