Anything is possible. Another contributor could have been the 40K pound bomb the Navy detonated off the coast of Volusia County.
ReplyDeleteEverything is suspect, and they will never know definitively what caused it, but one thing is sure: neglect and incompetence were big factors.
It looked like it was a demolition.
