Sheriff: Mother and son wanted revenge in shooting in Lake Worth Beach
A woman and son are now both charged in an attempted murder in Lake Worth Beach in what investigators believe is revenge for the killing of a family member.The shooting happened on the morning of May 29, as a family gathered at a home on South E Street to get ready for a funeral. A 57-year-old woman suffered a gunshot wound to her leg. Investigators said the shooter fired at least 28 rounds at the home.
