The local news station has the unbiased story. The building wasn't set on fire. Some pallets outside the building burned.

I tend to take the reporting of a local Portland TV station to be more accurate and unbiased than The Daily Mail, a UK-based newspaper known for its flamboyant reporting, or a news aggregate. Both rely on social media posts for their reporting on this story, whereas WKGW actually had reporters on the scene.
ReplyDeleteAgain, I'm against the violent protests and there shouldn't have been fires of ANY kind. But to say that protestors lit a government building on fire just isn't accurate.
