Manhattan DA out to "get" Trump Announces Intention to Leave Office

The New York district attorney, after Trump for years and leading a high-profile investigation into former President Donald Trump, plans on leaving office later this year.

Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance, a Democrat, told the New Yorker that he will not seek reelection and plans on retiring on Dec. 31. He's only 66 but the job has gotten to him--"too much pressure," he says.

He now has Trump's tax returns following the Supreme Court’s rejection of Trump's effort to keep the documents shielded. So what's the problem? Perhaps he realizes he's in the wrong political party and working for a corrupt New York government.
