I always find it crazy that people in this city will not get out and vote. Every opportunity is given to them with absentee ballots and in general elections early voting. It was told to me that we have about 20,000 registered voters now in our city. People love to complain but don't vote. These new commissioners have great resumes but so does Joe Biden and look what he has done to the country. We all should be concerned, anonymous at 6:23, because the power on policy will be agreed to by five liberal, one a Democrat Socialist, commissioners.
It's more about what he stood for and believed: - The Burton modeling and analysis applied to our budgeting - Our signing onto the Four County Climate Change Compact - Our commitments to local sourcing and apprentices on publicly funded projects - Our use of internationally recognized designers at our beach and at our living shoreline - A beautiful building at the beach - A state of the art RO plant - Beautiful greenways - 2 Megawatts of solar panels on our landfill - Our installation of real time electric and water meters to help residents save money - Against raising heights in our downtown. The incumbents screwed us our of our vote. - Because of his extensive analytical training, he knows what to ask and why, when the city wants to spend YOUR money.
So be it!
