Democrats Now Pushing to Commute the Sentences of Every Death Row Inmate

Congressional Democrats are making it clear that they want the death penalty gone.

In a letter penned earlier this month to President Joe Biden, Reps. Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts and Cori Bush of Missouri, along with nearly three dozen others, argued that “the American people bore witness to the cruel and heinous practice of executions” in the last months of the Trump administration, during which 13 people were executed.

I have mixed feelings about the death penalty...believing one moment that an eye for an eye is justice for the immoral creep who just committed a heinous act and in the next breath believing the government should not have that much power to execute a human being. We do, however, kill our enemies in war (that's just) so then the circle begins all over again. Should we execute or not?

Biden has said he will take the death penalty off the table for federal prisoners but then he has talked about closing Guantanamo Bay where our enemies killed American citizens. Don't they deserve death? Why are we housing these bas*tards or giving them Covid-19 vaccines? Why has it now become a day care center for enemies?

Governor Northam of Virgina wants to end capital punishment. Let Virginia coddle all the bad guys and all the rest of the states that are contemplating the same.
