Intel Report Shows FBI & Two Other Agencies Knew About Planned Unrest At Capitol & Ignored Intel
According to Stars and Stripes, some of the intelligence gathered by the FBI Virginia field office showed bad actors had floor plans, planned rally points, meeting places, leaders, and signals.The FBI field office in Virginia in under an hour wrote the report and shared it within the bureau. It is not known if the FBI shared that information outside of the agency but according to statements from Capitol police it never got to them.

Last post. It means what it says (no need for profanity). There was an intelligence failure. No question. However the players have learned that using provided intelligence is such a hot stove issue that many perhaps simply ignored it.
