Jill Biden knew there was a BIG problem with Joe

Now Joe has gotten to the point where he doesn't remember who in the hell he's running against! He thinks it's George W. Bush.

Joe Biden was wandering around clearly having no idea where he was or what he was doing while his wife spoke at a campaign event in Pennsylvania.

He forgets what state he's in; he forgets what office he's running for; he forgets who his opponet is. He is in serious mental decline. Democrats know this and all are complicit in supporting this poor old guy and covering up his corruption to the detriment of our country if elected.
