Black Jogger Detained By Police After Fitting Description of Suspect Has Very Positive Outcome
Read about the encounterHe fitted the description as far as clothes he was wearing. He was cooperative; the police were professional and showed respect. I still feel sorry for the guy.
The Police are in a no win situation. In this case, so was the jogger. I too feel sorry for him. He looks as much like he just committed a robbery as I look like Santa Claus.
