"Senator Scott, Florida!?"

  1. LOL. People have been coming to Florida from New York and the Northeast for over 100 years but leave it up to Rick Scott to take responsibility for it.

Next time Rick Scott goes begging for hurricane money because half the state got wiped out, I hope America tells this clown to shove it.

Also, under Rick Scott, the state recorded the highest numbers of tourism.
He created 700,000 jobs and recruited companies from all over the country to locate in Florida. And, we're #4 with the best tax structure for business.

  3. It's been happening for over 100 years, Lynn. This isn't new and Rick Scott isn't responsible for it. I'm surprised he's not claiming responsibility for Henry Flagler building his railway into South Florida.

Rick Scott's economy followed the nation's economy during the Obama years. After Bush trashed it and left office, all states experienced growth in jobs and in their economies.

I'm not saying Florida didn't improve under Scott or that businesses didn't move to Florida (or move out). The economy grew nationwide under Obama and, overall, people and businesses moved to the state...like they always have during times of prosperity.

  4. I like Scott and I'm tired of New Yorkers.

  5. Just wish he had done something to clean up the water and hold big sugar accountable. Lake Worth Lagoon is brownish black. Hope DeSantis does better in this area.

  6. DeSantis IS on top of it. He pledged to spend $2.5 billion over four years to tackle Florida’s water problems.
