Criminal Illegals being released in Sanctuary Cities

More than 500 criminal illegal aliens were released back onto the streets of North Carolina this fiscal year by sanctuary cities, according to federal immigration officials.

As Breitbart News reported, up to 80 percent of criminal illegal aliens freed back into American communities by sanctuary jurisdictions go on to commit more crimes, an ICE official confirmed in congressional testimony.

End all sanctuary cities and states.

The one depicted on the map in Florida is Alachua. Alachua has now agreed to hold inmates for ICE after  Governor DeSantis signed SB 168 that went into effect in July 2019. It requires local and state law enforcement officials and entities  honor federal “immigration detainer” requests, which ask a law enforcement agency to detain someone on probable cause that they are “removable” under federal immigration laws.

It also prohibits local officials from implementing “sanctuary” policies, which had previously not been defined in state law, and gives the governor the authority to remove them if they do not comply with the law. There are no “sanctuary cities” in Florida.  [Miami Herald]

Lake Worth, thanks to this commission, made us a "Welcoming City" thus preventing local officials from asking people about their immigration status. Sheriff Bradshaw says that the County is not sanctuary.
